Join Layne Performance Weightlifting and get expert coaching from Dr. Andrew Layne. Improve your technique, get the strongest and fastest you’ve ever been, and compete with your team in a supportive, welcoming environment. Competition not required, but encouraged.

Youth Training

Our youth training program encourages children to learn a variety of skills while increasing their strength and confidence. Our goal is to help children perform better and play safer, but most importantly, we instill healthy habits that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

50+ Training

Loss of strength is one of the primary factors responsible for loss of independence as we age. Maintain your strength and keep doing what you love regardless of age with our specialized strength training program. We’ll help you work around injuries, lack of mobility, or any other condition!

Conditioning (Hiit)

Want a fun, fast-paced alternative to jogging on a treadmill? Improve your endurance and heart health with the conditioning class at Layne Performance. We leverage short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods to get your blood pumping.

Online Coaching

 Whether you are an athlete, older adult, or just someone looking to get in better shape, we can help you wherever you live. Options range from personalized programs to full 1-on-1 sessions.


Nutrition is key to getting results from your training program. We offer options from coach-led, dietitian-created meal planning and tracking to working with a registered dietitian. Don’t let sub-optimal nutrition hold you back!
