Three class tracks to fit any fitness level!

New Lifters – Are you new to weight training, or maybe you want to get started but need some guidance? Start with Barbell Basics! You’ll learn how to get started safely in the weight room with a small group and an experienced coach.

Experienced lifters – Do you have some experience in the weight room, but you aren’t seeing the results you were expecting? Or maybe you just need a fun group of people to lift with and a fresh program put together by an expert? Or did you just finish Barbell Basics? Try our Barbell Strength classes!

Competitive lifters – Ready to try the Olympic lifts? Learn from one of the best-trained and educated coaches around with Layne Performance Weightlifting. Competition encouraged, but not required.

Specialty and Custom Classes

For Kids – Strength training is safe and effective for kids, whether they are participating in sports and want to perform better, or if they just want to try a new activity! We offer a strength training group class for kids, and we are available for personal or small group training.

Healthy Aging – Strength training is critical for older adults to preserve muscle mass, to maintain physical function, and to stay independent. Our healthy aging classes will keep you mobile throughout late life. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Custom classes – Like to train with your friends, or are you part of a youth or adult sports team in need of performance training? Let Dr. Layne guide you through a training program designed just for your group.
