Layne Performance offers a number of group classes for people of all ages and skill levels. We keep numbers low to keep the quality of coaching high and to allow for social distancing and minimal equipment sharing. Our classes are focused on building strength, power, and muscle mass using resistance exercise. We incorporate basic strength exercises, Olympic weightlifting, and challenging bodyweight exercises to keep you on your toes and always progressing.
