At Try Weightlifting Day at Layne Performance, you will get an introduction to the snatch and clean & jerk, plus you will get to meet some of our Layne Performance weightlifters. This is our way of introducing the community to the sport of weightlifting. Everyone is welcome regardless of age or skill level.
