Get the gym to yourself while you work with Dr. Andrew Layne on your personal goals. Layne Performance personal training clients come to Dr. Layne for help with everything from weight loss, muscle and strength gain, to get relief from joint pain and more. Whatever your goals, you’ll get focused attention and a plan designed around your needs.

How it works


Personal training can be conducted at Layne Performance or virtually. Sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes and most personal training clients attend 2-3 sessions per week.

Most personal training is conducted, one-on-one, but we do accommodate small groups.
