Personal Training

Get the gym to yourself while you work with Dr. Andrew Layne on your personal goals. Personal training comes with nutrition oversight delivered through the dietitian-backed Layne Performance nutrition app, performance and goal tracking, a customized training plan, and more.

Personal training sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes each and are sold in packages of eight. Virtual training sessions are also available.
