Want your young athlete to jump higher, run faster, and be safer on the field? The Youth Strength and Conditioning class at Layne Performance will develop your child’s strength and performance in accordance with established long-term athlete development models.

Class starts on Monday, June 21st and runs through August 7th. The first week is free!

Schedule: MWF 4-5pm
