The Weightlifting Technique class at Layne Performance is designed to improve your technique on the snatch and clean & jerk, while still participating in activities like CrossFit or strength conditioning.

Weightlifting Technique is currently held during the Adult Weightlifting class time. You may pick 2 sessions per week to attend. Current available times include MTRF from 6-8am, MWF from 5-7pm, and Saturday from 9am-12pm. Workouts typically take 60-90 minutes to complete.

Space is limited to allow for social distancing.
