The Weightlifting Technique class at Layne Performance is designed to improve your technique on the snatch and clean & jerk, while still participating in activities like CrossFit or strength conditioning. 

The Weightlifting Technique class starts on November 17th, 2020 and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8pm.

Space is limited to allow for social distancing.
