Join us for Try Weightlifting Day at Layne Performance on Saturday, June 26th, 2021.

Did you know that the snatch and clean & jerk are two of the best exercises for developing speed, strength, and coordination? There’s a reason they are the foundation for collegiate and professional strength and conditioning programs! But they must be performed properly to ensure safety and to actually improve your young athlete’s on-field performance.

At this event, your child will get expert instruction on the Olympic lifts from Dr. Andrew Layne, PhD, CSCS, USAW.
